Brutal killer Denis Cuspert, also known as Deso Dogg, who was reported to have been killed in an air raid in October, might still be alive.

German news magazine Der Spiegel reports that German intelligence authorities hold “massive doubts” regarding Cuspert’s death.

Cuspert had made a name for himself as a killer without mercy. Mercy is the main virtue of God in the Holy Qur’an.

He once posed in a propaganda video with the severed head of an ISIS victim in his hand.

In October, he was traveling with a pickup truck on the road between Raqqa and al-Tabqa, and hit by missiles fired by two coalition planes near a gas station in Hunaida on the road between Raqqa and al-Tabqa.After the strike the US State Department had  announced that Cuspert was killed in the strike.
